Can't vote with the Recent Ideas macro - "This idea is not open for voting anymore" appears #28

Preconditions: Have some ideas already created, opened, on main wiki or subwiki on eng or fr language

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in as Admin or simple user
  2. Create a new simple page
  3. In edit mode click on XWiki macro
  4. Select Recent Ideas
  5. Submit
  6. Click Save & View
  7. Vote for any idea

Expected results: User can vote for the open ideas.

Actual results: Users can't vote from the Recent Ideas macro, the message "This idea is not open for voting anymore" appears.

Environment: Windows 10, XWiki 10.11.6 with MySQL 5.7 and Chrome 73, Ideas Application (Pro) 1.11.8
