Mails sent by Meeting should appear in the Mail Sending Status

Tested on XWiki 10.6 + Meeting 1.8.4

In theory Meeting should send mails to notify participants about a meeting.
There is no way to verify that the mail was send successfully. We should mark the status in the Mail Sending dedicated section.
