Default parameter of the macro does not display events that are created

If you insert a mocca calendar macro in a page right after installation, the default filter is set to "page". If you add an event, it will not be saved under the page, so no event will be displayed in the calendar

Steps to reproduce the problematic behavior:

1. Install the app
2. Create a page, insert the mocca calendar macro without modifying any parameters and save
3. Add a new event in the calendar

Expected behavior
The event created is shown

Actual behavior
No event is shown - they are not saved under the actual page.

• Browser Chromium
• XWiki version 16.10.2 / 16.10.5
• App version 2.15.1

This means that:

• The page parameter is not respected for events creation and we may want to fix that
• Or the parameter's help is wrong and must be modified
• The default settings may be changed, if the storage under the current page is not the expected behavior
