Time format of the events when displayed on the calendar does not correspond to the dateformat event when displayed alone

On the calendar events seem to be displayed with a 12hours format (AM/PM) while when displayed individually (in the popup or as an individual page) the times of the events are displayed in a 24 hours format.

Choosing either of the 2 formats could proove to be the wrong one ( see #44 ) but at least it should be coherent with itself.
If I have to choose I'd go for the 24h format, but it's a pure egoist choice, I use the calendar application in europe and the 24h format is very frequent and "normal" in europe, while it may not be as much in other parts of the world.

The 24h hours format is also expected when creating a new event, the form and date pickers display 24h format times.
