The foldEvents field of the administration page can't be edited in newer versions of xwiki

Tested on fedora 40, xwiki 16.4.0 jetty hsqldb, firefox.

Reproduce:

1. Edit the foldEvents field
2. Save
3. Refresh page and reset the cache (ctrl + f5)

Expected: The foldEvents field corresponds to the edit that was done
Actual: The foldEvents field did not get updated
