Task template - Default text in setting fields show tilde characters in edit mode

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Task Manager 3.6.2 on an XWiki instance (16.4.3)
• Create a page with the task template

Expected behaviour:
The fields for "Project", "Priority" and "Status" are displaying default value while in edit mode - namely "Other," "Medium", "To Do"

Actual behaviour:
Each character of the field are separated by Tilde character. They are only visible in WYSIWYG edit mode.
