Default statuses are not editable

Extension pages are not editable, even by the Admin who installed the extension. Only superadmin can make changes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Task Manager Pro as Admin
2. Go to TaskManager Admin section or try to edit the TaskManager.ToDo page manually

Expected result:
Can delete default statuses, priorities and projects as Admin.

Actual result:
Can't delete default statuses, priorities and projects as Admin.
