Task card macro - Choose a task stored in a sub_hierachy with special character in its name displays a broken link

If you use the Task Card macro to display a task that is stored in a path that has a special character in it, the card will display a broken link.

Steps to reproduce the problematic behavior:

1. Create a page with a special character in its name (~)
2. Create a task in this page, save the page.
3. Add a Task Card macro, add the task by copy-pasting the page reference of the task's page, save.

Expected behavior
The task is displayed and its link is working

Actual behavior
The link of the task is displayed as broken:

If you click on it, you are displayed with a "create page" pop-pup.

• XWiki version 16.10.5
• App version 3.7.0
