Create a tool that allows the admin to automatically infer the creation and completion dates of task macros

This tool would be useful for content imported in xwiki, like confluence imports.

When importing from confluence, the tasks have the creation date, completion date and reporter missing. It is possible to infer this data by looking into the history of the page.
