Short URL redirects to the wrong page after page copy

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page Test1
2. Copy to clipboard its short URL using the menu option Get shortened URL
3. Copy the Test1 page to create Test1.1 and don't create a short URL for the new page
4. Use the Test1 short URL

Expected result:
URL redirects to Test1

Actual result:
It actually redirects to Test1.1
