Left Navigation panel doesn't show when accessing the Polls app

Preconditions
Have the XPoll Application installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on Polls from the Applications panel

Expected results: The Navigation panel appears under Applications.

Actual results: When accessing the Polls app the Navigation panel doesn't appear in the left side of the screen.

Objective
Make sure there the application doesn't overwrite the default panel configuration.

Environment: IE 11, local 8.4.5 instance with MySQL
