What did the snippet have as effect?? Did this solve the issue??
That snippet has the same effect as saving the configuration or loading the config after a start of the wiki.
Can you confirm this?Saving the configuration has the effect of "restarting" the configuration loading, including license loading. One of these things, in some situations we could observe (on a Debian distribution), fails on startup but works after startup. In one of the situations we observed, circumventing the license check made it work.

On a wiki using XWiki 12.10.6 and Microsoft Azure Active Directory Single-Sign-On (SSO) (pro) API v1.1 we noticed the login button is not displayed.
We have tried a wiki restart, reinstalling the application, nothing worked except executing the following snippet to reload the configuration:
