The icon of inner Expand macro changes into collapse when collapsing the outer

After fix of #197 in commit db489c7

Now, by clicking on 1st Expand macro (or outer) the sub-expand macro (inner) has icon ↓ and not the →. Furthermore, it doesn't change during maximizing and minimizing.
