Support the MultiExcerpt family of macros #264
Description
This essentially means adding a name and a allowUnprivilegedInclude parameters to excerpt-include, and a name parameter to excerpt.
xwikisas/application-confluence-migrator-pro#133 takes care of converting multiexcerpt-* to excerpt and excerpt-include.
