htmlcomment bridge macro fix

The current htmlcomment have issues:

• Compared to confluence the content should be rendered
• The parameter name hide-in-source-code should be renamed to hidden.
• In the wysiwyg, we should show the content so we can edit the macro from the wysiwyg.
• As it's a bridge the id should be confluence_htmlcomment not htmlcomment.
