Declare inline mode support for excerpt and excerpt-include

Some Confluence macros we convert to excerpt and excerpt-include can be used inline. We need to declare inline mode support for these macro so the content using these macros inline can be correctly migrated.

Actually supporting inline will need to be done in a subsequent ticket: #369.
