Update the description of the theme parameter

Update the description of the theme parameter to 'Choose the display format of this macro.' 

Note: please keep the support for the confluence parameters so that we continue to support migration of this macro. Please include the current description of the parameter in the documentation, with the mention of the new display names for each parameter value.
