foohid Update

I didn't really notice that SerialGamepad wasn't compatible to the newest foohid. So I've updated the code and built another installer including the most recent one.

First Release

This is the first SerialGamepad release version including all required basic functionality. The included Makefile will build an Installer .pkg including the foohid dependency. It is attached here.
