Welcome to the Yale Computer Society's Playbook. This document is a compilation of the knowledge acquired over generations of our leadership teams on how to lead an effective computer society at Yale.

Like most encyclopedias, this playbook will never be finished – it is a living document. Instead, we strive to keep it in sync with our latest ways of thinking and working.

Question everything you read here.

It is the duty of all of our members to follow the norms and processes outlined here, proposing changes whenever they see an opportunity for improvement. This is also an attempt to solidify what works and question what doesn't work.

You can start by reading more about us. Happy exploring!

This playbook is inspired by the Atlassian Team Playbook, the Genius ISMs, the ThoughtBot Playbook and the Harvard FOP Handbook.
