当主机多个ip，导致dubbo注册ip混乱问题 #58

当主机多个ip的时候，可能会导致dubbo获取到错误，建议将duboo注册服务配置文件：
<dubbo:protocol host="192.168..">放出来。

protocolHost，已经看到最新版本有这个配置了：）
