Since command handlers can be functions returning promises... : how do i wait for promise completion to gracefully shutdown things before process.exit() ? Do i have to do it inline each handler ?

@davibe I had this issue when trying to use the handler in a chat bot and I wrote this to help pass through a promise that I resolve in either the command handler or after completion
