chore: add workos gold sponsor to package search

What's the problem this PR addresses?

WorkOS is a gold sponsor which comes with the perk of being mentioned in the website package search.

How did you fix it?

Made the package search sponsor section a carousel that cycles every 4 seconds between the gold sponsors and added WorkOS to the list of gold sponsors. I've also made it so that the icon of each sponsor is displayed next to their name and I've also added a tooltip with a Become a Gold sponsor link when hovering over the sponsored section.

Something I've just thought about while writing the description of this PR: the first sponsor that is shown on each page reload should be selected randomly, I'll work on that.
Done, now a new sponsor to be shown first will be selected randomly on each component creation (but not rerender since we don't want every keystroke to cycle between sponsors).
