Investigate why Aptly is failing on build server #6904

Building the Debian repo works on my laptop and desktop PCs (which is the workaround I'm using for now), but it fails on the production build server. Need to work out what's up.

Fixed by uninstalling Aptly from the Debian repo, then reinstalling from Aptly's repo (repo.aptly.info). I guess there was a conflict in library versions, or something like that.
