Generators: Introduce catch-all "all" for sub-generators #227

I would like us to make it easy for developers to use our generators without the need to specify a sub-generator each time. Right now you have to do:

yeoman init generator:subgenerator even if you want to call a catch-all that individually gets your subgenerators going. So:

yeoman init bbb:app or yeoman init backbone:all instead of just calling the generator directly like yeoman init bbb.

The way the catch-all would work is if you had a sub-generator called "all" it would first try calling this (which you would use as a grouper for your sub-generators).
