Ok, so this may not be a good idea, but tossing it out there anyhow.

I think it could be useful to just use ShellJs and make scripts/install.sh into scripts/install.js to simplify the Yeoman install / bootstrap procedure across different operating systems.

Obviously different OS'es have different package managers anyhow.. and Windows will veer away from the others a bit -- but ShellJS has a pretty reasonable cross-OS solution IMHO.

Of course, this adds shelljs to Yeomans package.json as a dep... so not sure how well this jives with the intended install from get.yeoman.io.

It's probably a great idea btw. we're just gonna keep this aspect simpler for now.
