Simple fix for contributing link in #555

Link was using a bad relative path. I'm assuming the docs were moved or something.

When I look at the readme in master I'm able to navigate through to the contribution docs without any problem. Where were you accessing it from?

Can you update the PR to just provide an absolute path that will work regardless of location? I'd rather do that.

Link was originally relative, but didn't work when you were viewing
from different locations because of the way that GitHub maps repo
links in markdown.

Alright, that should do it. Also fixed another relative link the in the same file.
