Hi guys,

while working on a yeoman based project I updated to 1.0.0-beta.4 (via npm update -g yo)

Currently it is not possible to use yo webapp – should be related to #21.

Wouldn't it make sense to use a develop branch for such work in progress?

Note: I haven't performed all manual steps from https://github.com/yeoman/yeoman/blob/master/contributing.md

It is. It was just npm that corrupted the webapp publishing... Run npm cache clean and reinstall.

Why? Master is dev. npm is release.

You should be running from npm. Repo is for dev and contributions.

#21 is not merged yet, so no, that's not related, and if even it was merged it shouldn't have any effect since it's not published on npm.

Edit: Whops, too slow.

Well, good point ;)

Run npm cache clean and reinstall.

Strange, I swear I did that at least 10 times – but now it works.
I guess you silently hacked mit bash shell …
