in development mode file names should not be hashed #293

It is a pain to work with hashed file names from the browser.

Greg and I discussed this. My recommendation was that, in devel mode, the generated files all have a prefix such as 'autogen-' to make them easily recognizable from developer tools/firebug. We need to keep a hashed named to some extent since the same file could generate different output depending on interpolated variables.

Turn what off? Having file names that don't collide with each other?
That doesn't seem very wise to me.

return Nothing means put it in a tag in the html I think.
But I do like having separate script files though, and avoiding collisions from concurrent requests is good, so I think your suggestion is best.
