yesod-newsfeed and -sitemap: use xml-conduit #301

Currently we're using xhamlet. It works, but it was not designed for creating valid XML documents, and we may run into issues. Also, it likely makes sense to split off the datatypes and rendering functions to a separate package (webxml?) so it can be used from non-Yesod apps as well.

also yesod-test, although that is just a desire to reduce dependencies
