@nachocab has done some work for Rmd; maybe someone can formalize the work as a Sublime plugin

also see the SO post

My Python knowledge is limited, so contributions are welcome!

I put up what I've been working on. I've been messing around with LaTeX, as opposed to @nachocab's HTML/Markdown stuff, but I'd love for some fully fledged knitr plugin to emerge from this…

I have added three patches to the LatexTool plugin for SublimeText 2 look at:

I hope it helps

Thanks a lot! I'll leave it to other users to check how it works since I do not use SublimeText.

It works perfectly. I've updated the plugin with @hebertodelrio's instructions.

I'm somewhat tempted to submit a pull request for this to the main LaTeXTools plugin, but it's probably too esoteric of a change based on a really limited use case. Plus changing the two files is trivial.

Perhaps you can try a pull request and see the developer's decision.

There's now a ST package with LaTeX and Markdown support, so this issue can probably be closed.

Sure. I will mention it somewhere and close this issue. Many thanks!
