Type="tel" does not really differs much from the type="text" except at least one thing:
On iOS devices (iPad, iPhone) it will trigger special keyboard with numeric digits
on the top row!
The one would say type="number" will do that ... Yes, but "number" type won't
allow you to enter anything but numeric digit.
Type "tel" is a must if you are targeting iPad users and your web form contain
alpha-numeric fields such as formatted telephone numbers,
European zip codes, street addresses, etc.
1. This issue is supposed to be an "Enhancement",
and so far I do not see where I should mark it as such ...
