[BUG] snap autostart stops working after two upgrades

When installed from snap, the autostart of the SSI reportedly stops working (#127) after a second upgrade.

It caused by the fact there usually are only the two last snap revisions kept in the system, and the SSI creates a symlink for the autostart launcher on the first launch only. After two snap upgrades the original directory is gone and the symlink becomes invalid.
