[OS-25] Google translate improvements

Some module improvements were added:

1. Uninstall behavior. Mobile Language link will be deleted with module uninstall.
2. Changing default theme behavior. For OpenY Rose Language mobile link should be in the User account menu. For OpenY Lily - in the Main menu. With default theme changes Language link will be deleted and added to the needed menu.
