Use case: helps to track which lecture files we have downloaded.

Small little "to download" symbol like ivle would do.

Does git allow us to define issue type? Improvements vs bugs, priority...

oic. That actually makes sense. Usually dev lead decides which iteration a feature request goes too and which type of dev is it..
