Issue: Add a Responsive Registration Form Template

📄 Description:

There is currently no dedicated registration form template in the project.
I would like to add a responsive registration form (HTML & CSS only) that can serve as a reusable template for collecting user information.

The form will include fields such as:

Full Name

Email Address

Mobile Number

Birth Date

Gender

Address (with city, region, country, and postal code)

Please assign this issue to me.

I would like to work on implementing this form and contribute it to the project.
