Web Starter Kit is a survival guide for students in the web developer program at Yrgo. This is a curated list of the best links from our lessons and workshops. It has everything you need to get started with web development at Yrgo.

Getting Started

Hi there 👋 Are you new to the world of web development? Do you want to get started building web pages for the world wide web? Then this guide is for you!

  1. If you haven't already, download a text editor such as Atom or Visual Studio Code. This is where you'll write and program your web pages by writing code.

  2. To get started building your first web page using HTML and CSS you can visit our front-end section.

  3. Writing front-end applications is great but what if you want to build a website which requires a login system for example? Head over to our back-end section to learn more about writing server applications using PHP and SQL.
