--playlist-items shouldn't apply on inner playlists

This is a TV-play, I would like to download episodes 3 and 4, but you know many Chinese websites
will split one video into several parts (2 parts of per episode in this TV-play), the program takes these
parts as another playlist (sublist), so the arg "--playlist-items" is also executed in this sublist, so
nothing is downloaded finally.

If I choose to download episodes 2 and 3, I get

You can see now only part 2 of every episode will be downloaded. So please fix this, the args should only affect the main playlist.
