Yeah, works perfectly fine! At the end ffmpeg sais:

Just keep in mind that since it's HLS-Protocol you need to also specify --ffmpeg-location like this: --ffmpeg-location "C:\PathToYourFFMPEG-bin"

They can be easily downloaded from the page where video is located, they are in .vtt format
