Support SeeSo downloads. Uses Akamai/ThePlatform backend, but generic extractor doesn't work.

If a dev needs an account, I can provide one to test with.

Here's what I've found so far that may be able to help:

On the episode page i.e.: https://www.seeso.com/view/episode/757391939917, if you open Chrome Dev Tools and watch the Network tab, you can filter ".m3u" files.
Once you see "index_0_av.m3u8", right-click and hit "Open link in new tab". This will download the .m3u8 file. Once you have this, you can use VLC ( or ffmpeg, I'm assuming) to "convert" the playlist to a raw file. This will give you an MPEG-TS file with audio, video, and subtitles.
