missing soundcloud tracks from likes or incorrect number of tracks

• I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2016.07.30
• At least skimmed through README and most notably FAQ and BUGS sections
• Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones

i have 141 liked tracks, but youtube-dl only recognizes 131 for some reason, like link https://soundcloud.com/imnotthatcool/likes

proof of number of likes http://prntscr.com/bzuzbn

command and the response from youtube-dl, and there are no errors reported and all tracks available online.
