[crunchyroll] Some videos can't be downloaded

Make sure you are using the latest version: run youtube-dl --version and ensure your version is 2016.08.10. If it's not read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

This only happens only on some videos, which makes it hard to narrow down what it is. For example, episode 5 (http://www.crunchyroll.com/rezero-starting-life-in-another-world-/episode-5-the-morning-of-our-promise-is-still-distant-702409) doesn't download, while episode 14 (http://www.crunchyroll.com/rezero-starting-life-in-another-world-/episode-14-the-sickness-called-despair-702427) downloads as if nothing was ever wrong in the first place.

And yes, I DO have a premium account, so this isn't a login issue.

@DaviSojogos Version 2016.08.12 doesn't include the fix, you are going to have to wait until the next release or follow the developer instructions.
