youtube live video downloading but not able to play immediately.

i am trying to download the live video from youtube.

the link is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJS2JyQZowo

I am trying the following command:

youtube-dl -f 91 --postprocessor-args '-movflags faststart' "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJS2JyQZowo"

Its downloading the file named: Lalbaugcha Raja LIVE Visarjan Sohala 2016-KJS2JyQZowo.mp4.part

if i open it with mpv it says:

Could you try to download with --hls-use-mpegts?

can you give me the full command. i dont know about --hls-use-mpegts. even in google i couldnt find
