When downloading an entire SoundCloud playlist, a certain JSON file can result in a 403 error and thus breaks the entire download process. This is the command I used:

$ youtube-dl --extract-audio --audio-format mp3 https://soundcloud.com/user/likes --verbose

Which yields the following output:

[download] Downloading video 101 of 113
[soundcloud] person/song: Resolving id
[soundcloud] person/song: Downloading info JSON
ERROR: Unable to download JSON metadata: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden (caused by HTTPError()); please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug . Make sure you are using the latest version; type youtube-dl -U to update. Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its complete output.
