I'd like to request support for the MSOs under TVEverywhere. There seems to be a relation to watchtveverywhere.com ( #10709), but some providers don't overlap.

Specifically, I'm looking for support for Charter Communications, soon to be Charter/Time Warner/Spectrum. I can provide credentials for this if needed.

Looking at the two sites, they appear to be unrelated.
watchtveverywhere.com is one service that according to it's notice at the bottom of the site is run my MCTV which appears to be an Ohio Cable Company.
They provide TV Everywhere services including login/signup for many providers.

tveverywherenow.com however appears to be a completly different business.
It appears to be a marketing page for TV Everywhere Services from a few TV Providers.
This company may also help with running the service for the TV Provider but unlike watchtveverywhere.com, you don't create or use an account on this site.

If this is correct then you have an account for Charter Communications so only support for Charter Communications can be added to youtube-dl as the other tveverywherenow.com sites also have their own account systems and can't be added with that account.
Thus I would recommand renaming this issue to be support for Charter and others with accounts for xfinity, Time Warner, Cox, MidCo, etc. can open their own issue to add MSO support for those TV Providers.
Might include you, if you get a Time Warner account after the changeover from Charter to Time Warner.

Sounds about right to me. Can we consider this issue specifically for
Charter communications, then?

Yep.
In fact you can click edit next to the title on the issue page to change the title to something like "Add support for Adobe Pass Auth TV Provider Charter Communications".
