Vimeo VOD - ERROR: Unable to extract info section, caused by RegexNotFoundError #10994

Make sure you are using the latest version: run youtube-dl --version and ensure your version is 2016.10.21.1. If it's not read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Used -F flag here, but get the same log when I try to download the VOD url.
Can send my Vimeo login info over mail if someone wants to try and test a bit.
Still have half a day left on the rental video.
