Example:

youtube-dl.exe -w -o "c:\new folder\%(title)s.%(ext)s" "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbRU-HbsqUw"

Requirements to fail

a period character in the youtube video title
a space in the directory name

The following doesn't fail

youtube-dl.exe -w -o "c:\new_folder\%(title)s.%(ext)s" "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbRU-HbsqUw"
youtube-dl.exe -w -o "c:\new folder\testvideo.%(ext)s" "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbRU-HbsqUw"

for some reason I can't get the example I posted to fail, will look into it more... It may of been the private video list in url issue complicating things. Sorry.
