mva.microsoft.com gives 403 Forbidden for second link, first link downloaded fine #11060

I tried to download whole series from https://mva.microsoft.com about Advanced .NET Threading. It has 5 separate lessons.
In repro command I used only first 2 lessons, because they are enough for the repro.
First one downloaded correctly, but from the second one through to fifth one I got 403 Forbidden.

I would expect that when one link from the same site works that others would work too. That is why I am writing this bug report.
