Issues downloading from tudou #11074

Here is an example url youtube-dl "http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/hiFqRBvzzhc/"
the download stops after part 1, any ideas?
I know it works for some url's but for many it just can't get past a certain part

Also the facebook 1080p video update doesn't work, it downloads differently but it still only gets 720, please take a look at the thread again

[WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

That's an issue of Tudou. Their servers are known to be unstable. The only solution is repeating the download. A China proxy may help.

To use a proxy with youtube-dl, do I change the proxy settings of my computer? Or, can I use a proxy using a youtube-dl command, (if so, can you please show the command). Thank you
