It seems like it cannot connect to Youtube (the first warning is because it haven't been able to download a webpage), have you checked that the proxy is working?
Also could you check which version do you have (youtube-dl --version) ,there should be more debug info, if you don't have the last version (2013.07.25.2) first update it.

@jaimeMF i have updated my youtube-dl version to 2013.07.18 and again i did the same to download the video, i get the errosr:

The latest version is 2013.07.25.2, quite a number of releases ahead of what you are running...

Ok, you should check if (using the proxy) you can view the videos on your browser, but without the full log of running youtube-dl http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5lVk5f_ZZE --verbose there's little we can do.
