Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

This is sort of a mix between a bug report and a site request. Basically, youtube-dl already suppports twitch.tv videos fairly well, but I noticed one important caveat:

URLs like https://player.twitch.tv/?video=v109751819 don't get detected by youtube-dl as valid twitch URLs.

It works if I resolve that URL to https://www.twitch.tv/mmsrhino/v/109751819 (which the player.twitch.tv frame links to), but the unfortunate part is that this isn't a purely mechanical transformation since it relies on knowing the channel name.

It would be great if youtube-dl could support the player.twitch.tv-style URLs as well, since they're often embedded on websites such as speedrun.com.
